Interface language and document language
In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, a distinction is made between interface language and document language. The interface language can be selected from 24 languages in the profile, while the document language is set for the team under "Settings > Languages and translation". Automated translations are possible through the integration of a DeepL API key.

Interface language vs. document language
The content of a document is always output in the document language. The field label is always in the interface language and the field content in the document language.
To select your interface language, go to your profile in the lower left, click on the "Language" tab, and select one of 24 available languages under "Edit".
Available languages are: German, English, French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Estonian, Finnish, Hungarian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Latvian, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Chinese (simplified).
To select your document language, go to "Settings > Languages and translation". Here you can choose which document languages are available for your team.
Additionally, you can configure automated translations for your team here. For this, you need the DeepL API key.
