AI actions for processing activities
In preeco | datenschutz, processing activities can be automatically generated and revised using an AI integration. After storing an API key under "Integrations", three action modes are available: supplement, completely revise, or obtain a change suggestion. Using this function requires specific permissions that are assigned in team management under "User groups".
Processing activities can be automatically generated by AI in preeco | datenschutz. To activate this function, please store a custom AI provider API key in the settings under "Integrations".
Navigate to "Processing > Processing activities > AI actions".
There you have three options available:
- Supplement content only – The existing text is preserved, new content is added and displayed directly in the processing activity after a few minutes.
- Completely revise content – The existing text is replaced by the new content and displayed directly in the processing activity after a few minutes.
- Obtain change suggestion – The suggestion appears in the "Change suggestions" tab and can be adopted in whole or in part.
For all actions, you can optionally provide additional instructions.
Required permissions
To use the AI function, users need the permission to edit and create processing activities as well as the right "Allow use of AI function". These permissions are assigned under "User groups" in team management and functions.
