Sending consent declarations - three options

In preeco | datenschutz you can send consent declarations in three different ways: as a one-time send to one person, as a multiple send to selected contacts, or as a public web form.

Send once to one person

This option is suitable when you want to send a consent declaration to a single person. Navigate to "Contracts > Consent declarations" and select "New > Create consent declaration". Enter a designation and set the affiliation, then click "Create". Click on "Edit" and enter all information about the person as well as the email address. Click the "Request signature" button and then "Send". The person will now receive an email with a link to the consent declaration.

Send to multiple contacts

Use this option when you want to send a consent declaration to multiple selected contacts simultaneously. Select an existing consent declaration or create a new one and click on "Actions > Duplicate and request signatures". All contacts will now be displayed, from which you can select the desired recipients. Click on "Duplicate and request signatures". The selected contacts will each receive an email with their personal link to the consent declaration.

Create as web form

With this option you create a public web form that you can provide via a link or as an embed code on your website. The link can be shared with any number of recipients. Navigate to "Contracts > Consent declarations" and create a new consent declaration or select an existing one. Click on "Actions > Create web form". A "Web form" section with a public URL and an embed code will now be displayed. Copy the URL or the embed code and use it for your website or emails. If you want to change the content of the consent declaration afterwards, set the document status back to "In progress" first.
