Email address has changed - Select successor

To replace a user with a new email address, invite the new user via "Settings > Users > Invite user" and remove the old user via "Actions > Remove access to team". Select the new user as successor to transfer all tasks and requests. Activity log and revisions remain unchanged. For multiple teams, the process must be repeated for each team.

Invite the new user with the new email address under "Settings > Users > Invite user". The invitation email will be sent immediately.
In the next step, remove the user with the outdated email address from the team:

Go to "Settings > Users" and click on the desired user.
Click on "Actions > Remove access to team".

A window will open where you must select the successor. Here you select the newly created user.


All tasks, requests, follow-ups, etc. will be transferred to the successor.


The activity log and revisions remain intact and still contain the username that triggered the corresponding action.

If you have access to multiple teams, you will need to perform this process separately for each team.
