Perform document transfer
In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, documents can be transferred across teams, provided administrator rights exist in all involved teams. The transfer is initiated via the settings and enables a structured transfer of numerous document types. After completion of the transfer, which is communicated by email, links between documents are lost and must be reset; file attachments, comments, and tasks are not transferred.

In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit you can transfer documents across teams within the application. The transfer requires administrator rights in all involved teams and enables a structured transfer of content.
Under "Settings > Document transfers > New" you can open a new copy process.
Here you enter the description and specify from which team to which team you want to transfer.

Privacy policies
Data breaches
Data transfer impact assessments
Data processing systems
Consent declarations
Privacy notices
AI compliance assessments

Processing activities
Data processing agreements
Joint controllership agreements
You will receive an email notification once the document transfer is complete.
Links between documents are lost and must be reconfigured. File attachments, comments, tasks, etc. are not transferred.
