File storage: Create folders and subfolders

In preeco | datenschutz you can securely manage and organize your data. The file storage allows you to create a structured folder structure with main folders and subfolders.

Create main folder

To create a new main folder, proceed as follows:

1. Navigate to "Collaboration > File storage"
2. Click on Create folder
3. Assign a descriptive name for the folder
4. Confirm the creation

Create subfolder

Once you have created a main folder and want to add a subfolder, proceed as follows:

1. First create the desired folder at the main level
2. Click on Actions for this folder
3. Select Move folder
4. Select the parent folder into which the folder should be moved
5. Confirm the move

The folder will now be displayed as a subfolder in the selected main folder.
