preeco | datenschutz enables the structured processing of data subject requests with central documentation in the system. After recording the email address of the data subject, responses can be sent directly from the software.
In preeco | datenschutz you can process data subject requests in a structured manner and respond directly from the software via email.
To do this, open the section "Inquiries and incidents > Data subject requests > New" and enter all required information about the data subject request. Once you have recorded the email address of the data subject, the "Reply by email" button becomes visible. Use this function to respond to the request directly from preeco | datenschutz.
Replying by email always sends only a one-time link to an encrypted page and not your message itself via email.
