Easily invite users to preeco
New users can be easily invited to preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit via "Settings > Users > Invite user". After entering the email address, assigning a user group, selecting the affiliation, and optionally enabling two-factor authentication, an invitation is sent that allows the user to register directly.
Inviting new users to preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit is straightforward and can be done directly within the system. To invite a new user, first navigate to "Settings > Users" and select the "Invite user" option. In the next step, enter the email address of the desired user. Then assign the user to an appropriate user group and select the appropriate language for the email invitation and the affiliation. Additionally, you have the option to enable the prompt for activating two-factor authentication (2FA) for increased security. Finally, send the invitation. The invited person will then receive an email with a registration link and can use it to log in to preeco directly.
