Remove users from a team

Users can be removed from a team under "Settings > Users > Actions > Remove access to team". A successor is selected to whom all tasks, requests, contracts, and documents are transferred. Removed users retain access to other teams. If a user is accidentally removed, they can simply be re-invited.

You can remove users from a team. Go to "Settings > Users" and click on the desired user. Then click on "Actions > Remove access to team".


A window will open where you must select a successor.

All tasks, requests, contracts, and other documents will then be transferred to the successor.

The removed user may still have access to other teams, just no longer to the team from which they were removed. If you accidentally removed a user from the team, you can simply re-invite them.
