Data processing agreements: Request feedback on a contract from the contracting partner
In preeco | datenschutz and informationssicherheit, you can allow contracting partners of a data processing agreement to add, modify, or delete certain data of a contract using a feedback function.
In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, you can give the contracting partner of a data processing agreement the ability to add additional files, modify files, or delete them. First, specify in the edit view which attachments your contracting partner may edit.
You control this by checking the box "Yes, the contracting partner should have the option" via the function "Collect feedback from contracting partner" to add, modify, or delete additional files. You can of course review these entries before signing.
In the read view, you will find the function under "Actions > Collect feedback from contracting partner" to send the contracting partner a link to a form for providing the necessary information. They will receive an email with a link and a request to complete the data. Once your contracting partner has completed the data, you will receive an email notification.
