Changes to already approved trainings
After approving a training in preeco | datenschutz und informationssicherheit, certain settings such as "General", "Affiliation", "Settings", and "Training template" cannot be changed without resetting the progress of all invited participants. Therefore, all content and details should be carefully reviewed before approval. The availability of the training can be adjusted afterwards via "Actions > Change availability". New participants and additional participation codes can be added at any time without affecting existing progress.
Please note that after approving a training, certain settings cannot be changed without resetting the training progress of all already invited participants. Therefore, carefully check before approval whether all relevant information and content has been fully entered, and pay attention to the corresponding warning notices in the application.
The availability of the training can be adjusted afterwards via the special function "Change availability". You can find this option in the read view of the training under "Actions > Change availability".
New participants can be added or additional participation codes created at any time without affecting the training progress of existing participants. When participants with email addresses are added to an already approved training, the new participants will immediately receive the invitation to participate via email.
