Hide the activity log
In the applications preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, the activity log, which documents changes to documents and their timestamps by specific users, can be completely hidden for all user groups except administrators, so that this information is not visible to regular users. The deactivation is done via "Settings > User groups" by disabling the options "Show in menu & Read" under "Features > Activities".

In the applications preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, the so-called "activity log", which records the timestamps of actions performed on documents by specific users, can be completely hidden for all user groups except administrators. This means that this information will not appear in the interface for users.
You can disable this under "Settings > User groups". Here you can disable the options "Show in menu & Read" under "Features > Activities".
