Secure Access for Communication

After submitting a report, the whistleblower gains access to a secure area. There, they can see the automatic acknowledgment of receipt and receive messages from the reporting office. Bidirectional communication enables follow-up questions and processing status updates. The secure area is only accessible with a report ID and password.
