A status report summarizes the details of your documents and includes a table of contents. You export it as PDF or DOCX. Logos per organization, the font, and the header and footer are set in the document settings, so the report reaches management or auditors in your organization’s own design.
Yes. You schedule reports as recurring reports; preeco then generates them automatically and notifies the responsible person. All created and scheduled reports are listed in a filterable overview. On scheduled reports, you can use context functions such as tasks, comments, checklists and file attachments, for example to organize the review of the report within your team.
The activity log lists, in a filterable table, who performed which action on which document and when. It also records administrative actions on user accounts: inviting, removing, activating and deactivating users, as well as changes to their user group and organizational assignment. What changed in content between two released versions is shown by the revision comparison.
Every release automatically creates an immutable revision as PDF/ZIP or HTML. preeco stores a SHA-256 checksum for each revision; the integrity check detects any subsequent change to the stored file or the HTML content. You can compare two revisions visually, with additions in green and removals in red. Comparison and integrity checks are available for revisions created since this feature was introduced; older revisions cannot be checked retrospectively.
The ISMS Cockpit records key figures and regular snapshots, so the development of the compliance level over time becomes visible. On the dashboard, the “ISMS compliance level” card shows the compliance level of a requirement catalog together with its weekly trend. This tells you, for instance in the management review, whether your ISMS is making progress and where it is stalling.
Documents are exported as PDF, and reports and documentation additionally as DOCX. Status reports and audit reports are available as PDF and DOCX, training certificates as PDF. Overview tables can be downloaded as XLSX, for example to process a filtered list of assets or tasks further. For automated hand-over, a REST API is also available, enabled per team and per user.
Yes. preeco keeps a dedicated log of all AI activities in your team, with function, user, model, status, duration and token usage. This lets you show auditors where content was produced with AI and your team, and who triggered each AI function.
