AI completes and revises individual sections of your processing activities – optionally including a threshold analysis. For the data protection impact assessment it proposes an assessment of necessity under Art. 35 GDPR, which you review and adjust.
With AI and Your Team
No suggestion enters your documentation unreviewed. Suggestions pass through the familiar approval process, where they are checked, commented on and logged – with timestamp and rationale. AI drafts; the decision stays with the people accountable for it.
Your Access, Your Data
AI is switched off by default and is enabled per team with your own API key – via an OpenAI-compatible provider such as OpenAI, Langdock or your own endpoint. Your data is not passed on to third-party providers.
