Licensing is all-inclusive: all functions are included – the web-based reporting form for anonymous and confidential reports without system logs, structured case management, risk assessment with prioritization, multi-tenancy for external ombudspersons, the reporting form in up to 26 languages with optional DeepL translation, and reporting and exports as PDF, DOCX, ZIP and XLSX. Updates, maintenance and support for the duration of the contract as well as online onboarding are also included; there are no setup fees and no cancellation periods.

In the cloud, preeco | whistleblower runs on the cluster managed by preeco, with logical data separation and an address under *.preeco-hinweisgeber.de. The private cloud provides a dedicated virtual server with physical data separation and, optionally, your own domain, your own mail server and single sign-on via SAML2. On-premises, you run the software in your own infrastructure; because of the considerable effort involved, this option is usually reserved for the public sector and large enterprises. The hosting option you choose is reflected in the price.

Licensing is usually an annual subscription paid monthly or annually – with no cancellation periods and no setup fees. If the number of organizations or employees changes, the license is adjusted. When a subscription ends, the system automatically deactivates the reporting form and shows whistleblowers a notice instead; cancellations are confirmed automatically by email.

Cloud and private cloud instances are provisioned within 48 hours on working days; on-premises installations by individual agreement. Online onboarding is included: it covers setting up your organization structure, user groups and permissions, and the reporting form. You have a dedicated contact person during the introduction phase. We offer online training for administrators and ombudspersons, plus individual training as needed.

The full range of functions is included in the license. Available as optional extras are automatic translation via DeepL, 24/7 standby, paid premium support by phone and video conference, and paid support with migrating data from a legacy system. For the optional AI functions, preeco does not provide a model: you add an AI provider of your choice with your own access key and conclude the contract with that provider yourself.
