EUDR Deforestation
Prove deforestation-free supply chains end to end
The EUDR module covers the full scope of obligations under the EU Deforestation Regulation — from whether and from when you are affected, through the due diligence check per consignment, to the submitted due diligence statement and its five-year retention.
Applicability Check
A six-step assistant runs from organisation through commodities, market activity and role to SME classification and summary. Market activities cover import, placing on the market, making available and export. The role — market operator, trader or both — is derived automatically and can only be overridden where a justification is mandatory. Results are exported as XLSX, CSV, PDF or DOCX.
Seven Regulated Commodities and SME Classification
The seven regulated commodities cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soya and wood are captured. SME classification runs automatically based on headcount, turnover and balance sheet thresholds; the applicable compliance deadline is determined from this. In-scope products are kept with CN codes from a stored reference table — each with its own detail page and a check mark that becomes due again for newly added products.
Due Diligence System
Each due diligence check produces one record containing the sections information collection, risk assessment and risk mitigation. Country risk is determined automatically from the country code. Supporting documents are attached per record; evaluations are exported as XLSX and CSV.
Geolocation and Four-Eyes Principle
Plots of land are recorded as a point or polygon, with the area specified in hectares and coordinate validation. A ten-point completeness score locks submission below 100 %. Approval and rejection follow the four-eyes principle — administrators are excluded for their own submissions — with a structured, section-specific rejection reason.
Due Diligence Statement (DDS)
A three-step generator creates the statement based on approved due diligence records — for market operators or traders, with the trader statement requiring a referenced market operator statement. The internal reference number is assigned automatically. Status management covers draft, ready for submission, submitted, confirmed, amended and withdrawn.
XML Export and Retention
A machine-readable XML export and a PDF are available per statement, plus XLSX and CSV in the overview. The reference numbers from the EU information system are captured, complemented by a register of onward transfers to downstream market operators. The five-year retention period is calculated automatically and displayed with a colour-graded countdown.
