Individual Pricing for Your ISMS

The price depends on three factors: the number of employees in your entire organization, the modules you choose and the hosting option. On this basis, we prepare an individual quote tailored to your requirements. Request it using the form on this page or contact our sales team directly.

The foundation is the core functionality, including requirement catalogs with the ISMS Cockpit, assets with protection requirements assessment, policies and TOMs, incidents, collaboration and reporting. Audits, risk analyzes and online training are added as further modules. The ready-to-use audit catalogs for BSI IT-Grundschutz, CISIS12 and VdA ISA are each optional and charged separately. More modules can be added later.

As a rule, you license preeco | information security as an annual subscription, paid monthly or annually. The subscription scales when your headcount changes or you add modules. All updates, maintenance and support are included for the term of the contract. New features reach your application automatically with the roughly monthly updates.

You can choose between cloud, private cloud and on-premises. In the cloud, you use the cluster managed by preeco with logical data separation. The private cloud provides a dedicated virtual server with physical data separation and, optionally, your own domain, your own mail server and single sign-on via SAML2. On-premises, the software runs in your own infrastructure; because of the effort involved, this option is generally available only in the public sector or the enterprise segment.

With cloud and private cloud, your data is held in an ISO 27001-certified data center operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg. Daily backups are kept for seven days, and a daily off-site backup encrypted with AES-256 is stored in the Falkenstein data center. Personal data is not transferred to third countries. preeco GmbH itself is not ISO 27001-certified; the certification applies to the data center.

Cloud and private cloud instances are provided within 48 hours (on working days), and setup is included in every option. Initial configuration covers your organizational structure, user groups and permissions and, if required, corporate design and email templates; you have a dedicated contact throughout the rollout. Data migration from legacy systems is optional and carried out as an individual, paid project.

Yes. preeco | information security and preeco | data protection share one platform. If you license both products, a switch toggles your workspace between the information security and the data protection view, and your assets are also available as data processing systems for data protection. Information security officers and data protection officers work in the same application instead of reconciling data between two systems.
